Scoring and ranking
Teams are ranked first by the number of problems solved, then by the least total time. For each solved problem, the time consumed is the number of minutes from the beginning of the contest to the accepted submission, plus 20 penalty minutes for every earlier rejected submission other than a compilation error. Total time is the sum of the time consumed for every solved problem. Unsolved problems add no time.
Tie-breaker
If teams have the same number of problems solved and the same total time, the team that submitted its last accepted solution earlier ranks first.
