Scoring and ranking
Teams are ranked first by the number of problems solved, then by the least total time. Each rejected submission other than a compilation error adds 20 penalty minutes. Unsolved problems add no time.
Tie-breaker
If teams have the same solved count and total time, the team that submitted its last accepted solution earlier ranks first.
