總題數至少八題，題目敘述均為英文。
A minimum of eight problems will be presented, each accompanied by a description in English.
5. 報名 Registration
僅接受至多 10 隊國外隊伍報名。國外隊伍可直接參加現場競賽，無需參加預賽，
We only accept 10 foreign teams, who may compete in the on-site contest without participation in any preliminary contest. However, domestic teams must qualify from preliminary contests.
